Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your booking for our workshops and sessions. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations concerning cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel more than 24 hours before your session: You will get a full refund. We'll process it within 7 working days.

Cancel within 24 hours of your session: No refund will be given.

No-show or Miss your scheduled session: No refund will be given.

Rescheduling Policy

Need to change your date or time?

You can reschedule for free if you let us know at least 12 hours before your session starts.

Trying to reschedule with less than 12 hours notice?

We cannot reschedule. The cancellation policy above will apply instead.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted from your registered email address to our support mail id: sprt.sajedmbatra@gmail.com

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed and credited through the same payment method from which the payment was received.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
